About Lisa Lisa Capes brings her 12 years of Title, Escrow and Real Estate experience to East Mesa and Gilbert. After a brief hiatus, Lisa is refreshed and ready to provide her usual excellent service! Lisa's career started in Elkhart, IN as a licensed Realtor for 4 years. Although, Lisa loved selling real estate she felt she wanted to learn more about other areas of the real estate industry. In February of 1997 she joined Meridian Title Corporation as an Account Manager. It was there she found her niche for developing ideas for real estate agents to gain market share through permission based and relationship oriented programs. Lisa managed over 80 accounts in two counties and has well over 2500 signings under her belt. Her client list included real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers, builders, developers, and attorneys. She says she has seen a lot but certainly has not seen it all. While Lisa focuses on helping agents gain more business she also focuses the agent on what is truly important from a Title Company.... CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lisa sets high standards for customer service within her title and escrow offices so agents and lenders will grow accustom to superior service and expect nothing less from anyone else in the industry. |
