Dana Crone began her escrow career in 1980 as a branch runner. She learned each step in the title
and escrow arena as runner, micro-fiche ‘queen’, Assistant Escrow Officer, Escrow Officer, and
currently as the Assistant Vice President, Chandler Branch Manager. Her ability to conduct a
smooth transaction will allow Dana to be an essential part of your team.
Joining Chicago Title in 2001, Dana and her long time staff are committed to having the escrow
process be a successful and knowledgeable experience for all involved.

Margie Lazare Hoekstra, Escrow Officer
Margie has been in the title industry for over 20 years, the past five as an escrow officer
on the Chandler Team. She is very dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and
is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that a transaction closes smoothly. Margie

Jennifer Meulebroeck, Asst Escrow Officer
Jennifer has worked in the Escrow industry for 9 years. She began as a receptionist, and quickly
advanced to become an Assistant Escrow Officer, a position she has chosen to remain in partially
due to the fact that she enjoys stepping up to new challenges that the job brings as well as
the opportunity to meet new and interesting people every day.

Christi Donimari, Escrow Assistant
Christi joined the Chicago Title team in 2002. She has worked as the front desk receptionist
while training for her current position as Escrow Assistant. Christi's organizational skills and
excellent customer service is a combined quality that everyone in the transactions truly appreciates.
