The seller was frustrated with some of the legal paperwork needed from their side and Tanya stayed calm and carefully explained what they needed and how to get it done. I'm not sure it would've happened without her and her staff. Very grateful she was the title person helping finalized everything. Great communication.

When it comes to Sheree Martinez, I never have to worry about my deal falling apart due to a non-responsive or incompetent escrow team. Sheree keeps me informed and communicates with my clients in a timely and efficient manner. She is always two steps ahead of me. Of course having the support of Jill Bright for marketing is the icing on the cake! No marketing rep works harder that Jill. Anytime I have a marketing request, it seem like I just hung up the phone or hit send on an email, and it is already done!
